Partners \u7684 Paul Atkins\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Gallagher \u662f Crypto \u8d44\u4ea7\u9ad8\u7ba1\u4e2d\u7684\u70ed\u95e8\u4eba\u9009\uff0c\u4ed6\u4e3a\u7279\u6717\u666e\u7684\u7ade\u9009\u6d3b\u52a8\u505a\u51fa\u4e86\u5de8\u5927\u8d21\u732e\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u662f SEC \u6700\u9ad8\u804c\u4f4d\u7684\u70ed\u95e8\u4eba\u9009\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u884c\u4e1a\u9886\u8896\u4eec\u9884\u8ba1\uff0c<strong>Gallagher \u7684\u4efb\u547d\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u6539\u53d8\u8be5\u673a\u6784\u7684\u7acb\u573a<\/strong>\uff0c\u6446\u8131\u73b0\u4efb SEC \u4e3b\u5e2d Gary Gensler \u7684\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u540e\u8005\u5bf9 Crypto \u8d44\u4ea7\u76d1\u7ba1\u91c7\u53d6\u5f3a\u786c\u8def\u7ebf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6d88\u606f\u4eba\u58eb\u79f0\uff0c\u8ba8\u8bba\u4ecd\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u6709\u591a\u79cd\u9009\u62e9\u6b63\u5728\u5ba1\u67e5\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u6b63\u5728\u88ab\u8003\u8651\u7684 SEC \u9886\u5bfc\u4eba\u9009\u662f Willkie Farr&amp;Gallagher \u516c\u53f8\u7684\u5408\u4f19\u4eba Robert Stebbins\uff0c\u4ed6\u66fe\u5728\u7279\u6717\u666e\u4e0a\u5c4a\u653f\u5e9c\u4e2d\u62c5\u4efb
